As part of participating in our secondary emergency notification program, you will receive automatic SMS text messages to notify you of events processed in the fire alarm dispatching system. These text messages will be sent to the selected individuals only when emergency signals are received and processed by the system. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan. You can opt out of receiving the text messages at any time by calling 781-569-0998 and asking one of our customer service representatives to remove your mobile phone number from the list.
