The DVS-511-4 Amplified Speaker Cluster is typically used to provide high audio level in harsh environments with high ambient noise levels, without the need for running high power audio lines great distances.

By incorporating Signal Communications optional DVA-5495, 6 Amp NAC Expander at each cluster, a single supervised service drop can provide complete power for a fully loaded DVS-511-4 and optional strobe, providing cost effective solutions for industrial paging and fire alarm evacuation applications. The DVA-5495 can be switched on during an emergency, providing signaling as needed, but drawing minimum current when not in use, thereby minimizing battery backup requirements.

Utilizing the DVS-511-4-177 or DVS-511-4-518 (760) Amplified Speaker Cluster with integral Strobe allows installations to be protected by a single source providing both emergency visual and signaling notification.

Access for field wiring is simplified via the assembly’s hinged front cover.
